As played by Matt LeBlanc, Joey certainly was endearing -....The writers have continued to supply him with ludicrous lines so evocative they're almost sight gags.....Each works because of its witty comedic cast and producers ( Joey was launched with three longtime Friends players in place: director Kevin S. Before the premiere, I never thought I was cool enough to love Joey.....up to this point, we just haven't been cool enough to love Joey.....The first episode of Joey embraces this dynamic, reintroducing Matt LeBlanc's title character....also forge its own identity, sell its audience on a West Coast move, develop an excellent supporting cast.... ...
