Barney may not be the most sensible character on How I Met Your Mother but he continues to live up to his "awesome" reputation by coming up with the most unique theories whether its about work, relationships, dating or world peace. As a man who "likes to create crazy situations and then sit back and watch it all go down," Barney ( Neil Patrick Harris ) has always been daring enough to voice his unsolicited opinions to his friends no matter how irrational or ridiculous it may sound. ...
