The thing about the MISSION IMPOSSIBLE television series was unlike the films where it was all about explosions, crazy stunts and s***loads of bullets this was more subtle, more about conning the bad guys or fooling them or even outwitting them.
But now Peter Graves is finally here, and we're not talking about the AIRPLANE Peter Graves and certainly not the Geiko commercial Peter Graves but a superb actor with a talent for commanding a screen and giving a likable performance as mission leader Jim Phelps.
